About the role

  • Oversee the creation and delivery of learning experiences and collateral to onboard new employees, grow workforce capabilities, strengthen the culture of The Standard, and build leadership capacity aligned with the company’s strategic goals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs using qualitative and quantitative data; continuously refine offerings based on feedback and business needs
  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders to translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable Talent Management programs
  • Manage vendor relationships and budgets for assigned talent initiatives
  • Refresh and implement a global employee development strategy that supports building critical workforce capabilities and career pathways aligned with the company’s strategic goals
  • Lead the enterprise learning technology council and oversee the administration of the enterprise learning management system to enable employee development strategy execution
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of learning experiences that build critical leadership capabilities aligned with the company’s strategic goals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs using qualitative and quantitative data; continuously refine offerings based on feedback and business needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business or equivalent work experience in a related field and industry
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • SHRM-SCP, GPHR (nice to have, but not required)
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, talent strategy, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with HR and talent management systems and digital collaboration tools
