About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer-first onboarding experience for new clients transitioning defined contribution plans to The Standard
Oversee installation activities ensuring communication, coordination, and execution of deliverables
Guide clients through paperwork, enrollment meetings, system training, and technical support
Collaborate with Implementation Coordinators and Data Specialists to manage timelines and escalate risks
Lead plan document and design reviews and train clients on PlanNet, PRO, and PSC
Provide ongoing technical guidance and ensure smooth handoff to ongoing service team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
4–6 years in a client-facing role within defined contribution plan administration
Experience with plan implementation, document design, asset transfer, and reconciliation (including SOX notification)
Familiarity with various plan types, investment structures, and federal pension regulations
ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA or NIPA (APA, APR) preferred or in progress
Integrity and accountability in client-facing interactions
Adaptability to shifting timelines and client needs
Strong collaboration across internal teams
Willingness to learn and grow technical expertise
Independence in managing multiple onboarding projects
