• Overseeing all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end close

• Support our portfolio of clients by owning day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable processing.
• Process vendor bills accurately and on time across multiple client environments.
• Manage AP workflows using tools like Ramp, Bill.com, and QBO.
• Ensure proper coding, approvals, and documentation are in place.
• Monitor AP aging and proactively flag risks or anomalies.
• Generate and send invoices via QBO, Stripe, or client-specific tools.
• Track collections and follow up on past-due balances with professionalism.
• Maintain AR aging schedules and surfacing risks to engagement leads.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding AP/AR matters via email and video calls.
• Build and maintain efficient AP/AR workflows across clients.
