About the role
- Assess Member needs and flex personal service appropriately.
- Build rapport with Members and guests to generate new business.
- Handle Member/guest complaints and special requests effectively.
- Assist the Deputy Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager in running the Grille & Player’s Bar.
- Communicate effectively with the Kitchen and maintain Club event information.
- Offer service that exceeds Member expectations with a friendly approach.
Requirements
- Motivated individual with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to quickly assess Member needs and flex personal service style appropriately.
- Ability to build and maintain a good rapport with Members and guests.
- Calm and composed during challenging situations.
- Capability to effectively handle Member/guest complaints, compliments, concerns or special requests.
- Knowledge of The Queen's Club standards in food presentation, beverage, and service.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits for recommendations to match menu items.
