About the role
- You are the first point of contact for support requests via phone or ticketing system
- You install, configure and update software applications
- You assist with hardware issues such as desktops, laptops, printers and other devices
- You manage user accounts and access rights
- You prepare and configure end-user devices for new employees
- You document support requests, solutions and workflows in detail
- You escalate complex requests to the appropriate support level
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in IT or possess an equivalent qualification
- You have experience in an IT service desk or customer support role
- You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS and Office applications
- You have a basic understanding of network technologies and IT infrastructure
- You are a team player, communicative and service-oriented
- You find pragmatic solutions and keep an overview even in stressful situations
- You are willing to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- You are fluent in German and English
