MORE Nutrition, Germany’s leading better-for-you nutrition brand, is expanding to the US — and we’re seeking a seasoned and product-savvy Brand Manager who will lead brand strategy and marketing execution to drive growth.
This role involves market and consumer analysis, developing brand strategies and marketing plans, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing product innovation, and managing promotional campaigns. You’ll need strong consumer insight skills, trend awareness, and the ability to connect brand storytelling with business growth.
This is a remote position and must be based in Florida
Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop annual brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and our target audience.
Market & Consumer Insight: Conduct market and industry analysis, gather consumer insights through research, and monitor key trends to inform strategy.
Product Innovation: Partner with product teams to align capabilities with market needs, supporting innovation and pipeline development.
Campaign Development: Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives, including digital and social activations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Sales, and other functions to ensure successful product delivery and market alignment.
Brand Communication: Develop brand content, collateral, and sales enablement materials to support consumer engagement and commercial success.
Community & Brand Love: Protect, nurture, and expand the authentic brand love and loyalty that are core to MORE Nutrition’s DNA.
Performance Tracking: Track brand performance across campaigns and channels, and deliver insights to optimize marketing strategy
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand management, (digital) marketing, or product development ideally for better-for-you nutrition.
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in DTC, Amazon and Retail Channels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Experience in PR, brand localization, and performance measurement preferred.
