About the role

  • Lead the full marketing ecosystem - paid media, lifecycle, creative ops, analytics, and trade.
  • Build and manage the systems that make marketing run smarter, faster, and more profitably.
  • Own marketing data, forecasting, and performance dashboards; translate insights into strategy.
  • Oversee all growth channels (Meta, Google, SEO, affiliates, influencers, lifecycle).
  • Architect scalable workflows and reporting processes across departments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to align forecasts and growth goals.
  • Partner with the creative team to translate performance data into winning campaigns.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team that thrives on accountability and innovation.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in marketing operations, growth, or performance leadership
  • Proven experience scaling brands within restricted product categories (Cannabis, Alcohol, Supplements, etc.)
  • Strong data fluency
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Hands-on execution mindset
  • Expertise in acquisition channels and analytics tools (Meta, Google Ads, Looker, GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.)
  • Process-driven operator who brings structure, accountability, and results.
