About the role
- Contribute to conducting two NIH-funded studies.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the study, including preparing and managing IRB submissions.
- Online participant recruitment (e.g., creating and distributing advertisements, monitoring recruitment channels, reviewing screener data).
- Programming surveys.
- Corresponding with participants (e.g., responding to emails and texts).
- Paying participants.
- Assisting with other project-related tasks as needed.
- Opportunities to contribute to manuscripts and conference presentations using data from this and other studies, including potentially leading manuscripts.
Requirements
- BA/BS in social/behavioral/health sciences or a related field (e.g., psychology, public health, nursing, sociology) or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience required with Associate's Degree, or 1 year of relevant experience required with Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience interacting with research participants.
- Experience using survey programming software (e.g., REDCap, Qualtrics).
- Experience using data processing software (e.g., SPSS).
