About the role

  • Provide a wide range of HR support across recruitment, employee relations, talent development, total rewards, and HR operations.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to deliver clear, timely, and people-centered HR services.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, and employee experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights from feedback trends.
  • Coordinate learning & development initiatives (training, coaching programs, LMS activities).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong background in recruitment, HR advisory support, and employee relations.
  • Experience with HRIS administration.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • CPHR designation (or working toward it) is preferred; CHRP/CHRL (Ontario) is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint is required.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (any platform).
