About the role

  • Design and deliver high quality virtual and in-person learning experiences
  • Develop a baseline onboarding process for Development Operations staff
  • Ensure the latest content and resources are accessible for learning optimization
  • Coordinate and manage employee learning cohorts
  • Design and co-facilitate highly engaging learning experiences
  • Manage guidelines and analyze information to achieve results
  • Report to leadership on activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience managing and implementing multiple projects
  • Experience with current and evolving technology in constituent management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of instructional design and/or knowledge management.
