About the role
- Play a critical role in developing our next-generation platform.
- Write and maintain clean, reliable code that supports efficient software solutions.
- Gain experience with Rails tools such as Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo, SOLID Cache, SOLID Cable, and SOLID Queue while building production-ready applications.
- Collaborate with teammates to test code, implement user stories, and follow established coding standards.
- Learn N2’s systems while contributing to bug fixes, feature enhancements, and new development.
- Participate in peer code reviews to exchange feedback and strengthen coding skills.
- Communicate with other Engineers to fix defects and implement features that satisfy business requirements as expressed in user stories.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience building web applications with a Ruby on Rails tech stack.
- Interest in developing strong object-oriented design skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn from others.
- Demonstrated experience creating projects with code, showcased through GitHub repositories or other portfolio platforms.
- Experience contributing to applications that provide a positive experience for users.
- Comfortable communicating with other Engineers to fix defects and implement features that satisfy business requirements as expressed in user stories.
