Frontend Engineer

• Architect, develop, and continuously enhance scalable, high-performing web applications built on Next.js and React that handle complex business workflows, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and user experience.
• Work with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and create solutions that impact our customers, borrowers, and internal users.
• Convert UX/UI concepts into functional prototypes and production-ready code, leveraging reusable component libraries and MUI design systems following industry best practices.
• Lead code and design reviews, and mentor junior engineers, including establishing standards around AI-assisted development workflows to ensure consistent code quality and velocity.
• Drive adoption of agentic development practices using tools like Claude CLI, structured markdown specs, and AI-assisted code generation.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage and assist in diagnosing and resolving issues, including leveraging AI tooling for faster root cause analysis.
• Partner closely with backend engineers to design and integrate reliable APIs, optimize frontend-backend data flows, and ensure seamless end-to-end application performance across the full web stack.

Senior Front End Engineer, React/Next.js

Product Designer

• Conduct user interviews, usability sessions, and contextual observation to understand how servicers actually work, asking behavioral questions and controlling for bias, not just collecting opinions.
• Evaluate features and user flows through product analytics (Pendo, PostHog, etc.), using task-flow analysis, error rates, and click velocity to find what to fix and validate that shipped work improved outcomes.
• Run competitive analysis and gather community feedback to inform what we build next.
• Translate research findings into clear problem definitions and opportunity areas.
• Partner with engineers, stakeholders, and customers to shape product vision and roadmaps, not just execute on them.
• Design polished, trustworthy interfaces that feel premium.
• Rapidly prototype ideas in code (using AI) or other methods to pressure-test concepts and build alignment fast.
• Ensure designs and prototypes are complete and well-documented, accounting for edge cases, error states, and responsiveness.

Operations

• Lead the customer organization end-to-end, develop the management layer underneath, and build the bench needed to scale.
• Own the operating cadence of the customer org: weekly business reviews, monthly health reporting, quarterly planning.
• Manage a blended onshore + nearshore model; expand where it makes sense without compromising customer experience.
• Own the tiered support model and drive measurable improvement in first-response time, resolution time, deflection rate, and CSAT.
• Partner with Sales leadership on pre-sales SE coverage, demo quality, and technical win rates.
• Run the Product SME function and TMO Academy as the company's center of gravity for internal and external product expertise - certifications, enablement content, customer training revenue.
• Direct the Force Multiplier / AI Tooling function as the org's internal AI and automation engine.
• Own customer onboarding through segment-aligned Go Live motions (SMB and Enterprise), each covering Loan Servicing, Loan Origination, and Fund Management.
• Drive measurable improvement in time-to-go-live, onboarding NPS, and early-life retention.
• Run the post-sale technical solutions function: Forward-Deployed Engineers embedded at strategic accounts, Professional Services for scoped delivery, and Data Solutions Engineers for integration and data advisory.
• Own gross revenue retention as the primary outcome metric for the Customer Success function.
• Build the playbook, health-scoring, and renewal motion that supports it.
• Define and instrument the customer org's metrics stack: GRR, time-to-value, CSAT, support SLAs, PS utilization & margin, certification volume.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on a continuous feedback loop from the field back into the roadmap.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on expansion motions, customer references, and pricing/packaging input from the field.
• Stand up the operating reviews, dashboards and drive executive communication.
