About the role
- Manage projects and build strong client relationships
- Provide support to the Client Services team
- Compile timing plans, cost estimates and studio briefs across various jobs
- Manage the work on bespoke job management system
- Compile market sector information for Account Team
- Investigate competitor and market initiatives
- Provide an effective timely and professional service to the Client either directly or via the Account Manager
- Compile status reports and contact reports
- Organising and preparing meeting rooms for Client meetings
- Ensure Agenda and presentation material are all in place
- Proof reading, data inputting, filing and answering incoming calls/emails
Requirements
- Organised and possess the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound knowledge of various social media platforms would be advantageous
