About the role

  • Support the planning, launch and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Monitor performance and make data-led improvements
  • Manage budgets and pacing spend effectively
  • Run A/B tests across creative, audiences and formats
  • Turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support reporting and share performance learnings
  • Work closely with the Media team and wider Agency teams
  • Keep up to date with platform changes and trends

Requirements

  • Experience in Digital Media, either agency or in-house, and hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok
  • Analytical, organised and detail focused, with a commercial mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working with data and turning it into insight
  • Confident working as part of a team
  • Able to communicate clearly
  • Exposure to platforms like Pinterest or Reddit, or Google Ads certifications, would be a bonus.
