About the role
- Support the planning, launch and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Monitor performance and make data-led improvements
- Manage budgets and pacing spend effectively
- Run A/B tests across creative, audiences and formats
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Support reporting and share performance learnings
- Work closely with the Media team and wider Agency teams
- Keep up to date with platform changes and trends
Requirements
- Experience in Digital Media, either agency or in-house, and hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok
- Analytical, organised and detail focused, with a commercial mindset and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with data and turning it into insight
- Confident working as part of a team
- Able to communicate clearly
- Exposure to platforms like Pinterest or Reddit, or Google Ads certifications, would be a bonus.
