About the role
- Provide support to the Client Services team
- Manage small projects from start to finish
- Compile timing plans, cost estimates and studio briefs across various jobs
- Ensure smooth running of projects, including managing the bespoke job management system
- Compile market sector information and investigate competitor initiatives
- Provide timely and professional service to the Client
- Prepare meeting rooms for Client meetings
- Proof reading, data inputting, filing, and answering incoming calls/emails
Requirements
- Organised and possess the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly build effective working relationships with various brands and Client services teams
- A sound knowledge of various social media platforms would be advantageous
