About the role

  • Provide support to the Client Services team
  • Manage small projects from start to finish
  • Compile timing plans, cost estimates and studio briefs across various jobs
  • Ensure smooth running of projects, including managing the bespoke job management system
  • Compile market sector information and investigate competitor initiatives
  • Provide timely and professional service to the Client
  • Prepare meeting rooms for Client meetings
  • Proof reading, data inputting, filing, and answering incoming calls/emails

Requirements

  • Organised and possess the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build effective working relationships with various brands and Client services teams
  • A sound knowledge of various social media platforms would be advantageous
