Account Manager

• Own the relationship between the company and the partners
• Provide Project Managers, Product Owners and Tech with customer feedback and requests through relevant channels
• Coordinate projects and activities for partners, within the company
• Coordinate and communicate roadmaps, roll-out of system integrations, product features, promotional tool and back-end and front-end releases to partners
• Educate and train new and existing partners for systems, tools and features available
• Track and report on account status on regular basis for relevant KPIs
• Follow up on partner's projections and results
• Coach and challenge our partners, always being a step ahead and identifying improvement areas

Manager

• The selected individual will be responsible to:
• - Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, deciphering key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling
• - Review customers on a daily basis, specifically to spot any concerning activities related to their game play
• - Escalate cases to as required from in accordance with internal procedures
• - Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained as a part of the duty of care
• - Supporting responsible gaming operations across multiple jurisdictions by applying market-specific requirements as documented.
• - Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers to ensure exemplary decision making
• - Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing RG procedures by providing structured feedback and documented suggestions.
• - Maintaining accurate case records and documentation to ensure consistency, audit-ability, and knowledge sharing
• - Collaborate with other departments around player behaviour.

Responsible Gaming Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Take end-to-end ownership of CRM strategy and campaign execution across both brands, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and alignment with brand tone
• Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, onsite, push) with strong attention to structure, clarity, and relevance.
• Develop CRM strategies focused on automation, personalization, and operational efficiency.
• Own and refine each brand’s tone of voice based on market-specific player preferences
• Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and KPIs to iterate and improve
• Ensure each campaign’s design, content, and terms are structured clearly and accurately
• Align closely with other teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Coordinate loyalty and retention communications, ensuring brand-appropriate strategies
• Ensure compliance and regulatory standards are embedded in workflows and communications
