Key responsibilities & impact

Define brand vision and strategic direction, ensuring maximum market fit and profitability
Lead the delivery and execution of commercial strategy within regulatory frameworks
Drive and execute commercial and business development activities, including marketing and PR
Responsible for product research and innovation, aligned with market trends
Own day-to-day brand operations across player acquisition and casino management
Ensure compliance with market requirements in a fast-changing regulatory landscape
Manage P&L and secure funding from group level
Champion company culture and values, promoting team alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in leading iGaming brands in regulated markets is mandatory
Proven track record of owning and scaling a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility
Proven ability to define and execute long-term brand vision and commercial strategy
Ability to monitor and improve casino performance
Experience leading small, lean teams
Willingness to work hands-on, where needed
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs
Good functional and technical understanding of iGaming Products
Strong people leader with experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
