• Driven to own a platform end-to-end, moving from an external build to a fully in-house, proprietary asset.
• High-level full-stack coding ability (TS/Python) combined with a deep understanding of RAG architecture and LLM deployment.
• Have ownership and manage the build of architecture, codebase, and security protocols and are owned by Loudr Agency.
• Design and maintain the system of truth. Architect the pipelines that ingest data into a vector database, ensuring answers are accurate and grounded in real business data.
• Hands-on building and refinement of AI-powered features.
• Build and refine user interfaces to ensure consistent applicability and use.
• Regularly "walk the floor" with Creative, Media, and Ops leads to identify manual bottlenecks and translate those business needs into technical specs for new AI tools.
• Constantly refining LLM outputs to ensure LVIS provides accurate, professional, and Loudr-standard answers.
• Systemize the platform so that knowledge lives in the code and documentation, not just in one person’s head. Ensure the system is scalable as the agency grows.

Social Media Manager

• Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Write branded and compelling social media captions to increase engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner
• Increase Community Engagement on your client's social media platforms
• Communicate regularly with the team on social media best practices, trends, content, advertisements and reporting to establish tangible and successful goals that balance engagement and growth
• Conceptualize, facilitate and manage social media giveaways, influencer partnerships and contests to boost organic engagement and following as assigned
• Advise departments on industry standards, current trends and platform growth
• Collect relative social media analytics to create comprehensive organic social media performance reports to improve future marketing strategies as assigned
• Support the ACD to ensure each client's organic social media strategy is being executed to completion
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Video, Account, to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand messaging and objectives.
• Responsible for client communication on designated accounts including but not limited to sending schedules, receiving content and advising on best practices and strategy
