Key responsibilities & impact

Independently monitor, maintain, and manage the health of our core SaaS applications and tech stack.
Ensure integrations run smoothly, data flows correctly, and system uptime is optimized.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal technical issues.
Thoroughly document user feedback, reproduce and triage bug reports, and run quality assurance (QA) testing on fixes before they go live.
Handle incoming requests to modify or expand our software capabilities.
Assist in evaluating, implementing, and embedding practical AI tools into our existing technical architecture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of hands-on experience working within a marketing technology (MarTech), operations, or SaaS software administration environment.
Foundational experience configuring and administering common business and marketing tools (e.g., CRMs like HubSpot, project management tools like Asana/Airtable, and communication platforms).
Proven ability to clearly document technical processes, write step-by-step reproduction steps for bugs, and conduct structured testing.
Familiarity with modern AI tools and a strong interest in learning how to technically implement and configure AI prompts, agents, or workflows into business systems.
