Key responsibilities & impact

Independently monitor, maintain, and manage the health of our core SaaS applications and tech stack.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal technical issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of hands-on experience working within a marketing technology (MarTech), operations, or SaaS software administration environment.
Foundational experience configuring and administering common business and marketing tools (e.g., CRMs like HubSpot, project management tools like Asana/Airtable, and communication platforms).
Proven ability to clearly document technical processes, write step-by-step reproduction steps for bugs, and conduct structured testing.
Familiarity with modern AI tools and a strong interest in learning how to technically implement and configure AI prompts, agents, or workflows into business systems.
