Events

• Plan, implement, and coordinate The Center’s programming to prevent substance use
• Decrease substance-related health and social disparities
• Supervise Center Youth graduate student interns
• Provide direct individual prevention interventions
• Work with the Youth Clinical Services Manager and Director of Youth Services
• Maintain client and programmatic files
• Provide direct task and clinical supervision to graduate student interns
• Coordinate scheduling and facilitation of Prevention closed groups
• Support documentation and reporting on grant deliverables
• Support coordination of staff and intern training
• Manage scheduling and quality assurance of intakes
• Coordinate onsite and offsite Prevention services
• Provide Supervisor On-Duty coverage
• Support and attend annual Center Youth Camp
• Coordinate and implement annual Pride-related outreach and community engagement

Youth Prevention Coordinator

• support the production of The Center’s special fundraising events and projects
• serve as the supportive liaison for events and provide administrative support to the Special Events Manager and the Managing Director of Development
• manage the production and logistics for Annual Donor Holiday Party, Annual Donor Briefing, and Cycle Kickoff and Reunion Party
• provide production support for special fundraising and cultivation events
• assist with tracking and reporting on event revenue and expenses
• work collaboratively with outside event producers and contractors
• monitor event-related timelines and deliverables
• organize management of event committees, volunteer leaders, and individual event volunteers
• ensure production of written and printed event-related collateral materials
• organize, inventory and maintain all events-related supplies and materials
• help coordinate corporate third-party relationships and tracking of gifts generated
