About the role

  • Lead the development and management of strategic relationships that drive referral business for Safecall’s outsourced employment investigations and hotline services
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with law firms to generate referrals for employment investigations; identify and engage decision-makers and influencers
  • Manage relationships with key software partners to integrate Safecall’s services into their offerings
  • Maintain and grow a strategic relationship with a key Middle East partner that refers Safecall’s hotline services to global clients
  • Proactively identify and establish new strategic relationships aligned with Safecall’s growth strategy
  • Deliver against stretching revenue targets by converting referral opportunities into measurable business
  • Maintain regular contact with all strategic referrers through face-to-face and virtual meetings
  • Work closely with internal teams to align strategies with overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Significant experience at senior level engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving ambitious growth targets
  • Background in law firms or professional services, with strong understanding of relationship dynamics in these sectors
  • Experience managing international strategic relationships and navigating cultural nuances
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen and ability to identify and convert business opportunities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a relationship-driven role
