Client Services Representative

• Client and engagement administration for portfolio of client engagements
• Support client onboarding and scheme setup processes

• Manage a team of Client Support Executives in Pensions
• Transition from traditional secretarial support to a client-focused CSE model

• Coordinate client administration, onboarding, and engagement process

Client Support Executive, Team Leader

Manager

• Day to day management of a team of coordinators, providing leadership and support
• Planning workload, delegating tasks and setting clear team goals
• Identifying training needs and providing coaching, support and development to team members
• Completing regular quality assurance checks on all team members, and utilising results for continued training and development for individuals, as well as identifying trends for wider department development
• Supporting the coordination of corporate secretarial work across a range of jurisdictions and time zones worldwide, managing core relationships with our clients and our international legal network
• Ensuring clients’ legal entities are compliant with local requirements
• Lead on projects and face-to-face meetings with clients with support from GEMS management team
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, lawyers, global project managers and other providers of new business
• Act as the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for a group of compliance clients, serving as the primary point of contact for oversight and escalations

• Manage prospective clients, inbound and outbound, through the entire sales cycle
• Providing prospects with highly tailored and high quality information and documentation on a timely basis

• Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in the relevant CRM system

Business Development Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Raise annual and ad hoc invoices on Sage Intacct throughout the month adhering to agreed deadlines
• Raise Legal invoices
• Respond to billing queries received and escalate any issues or complaints to the Billing Team Leader
• Support the Credit Control process as required
• Support other members of the team with best practice and training when needed
• Support other business areas of billing outside own area of responsibility

Senior Finance Administrator – Billing

Consultant

• Coordination of corporate secretarial work across a range of jurisdictions and time zones worldwide
• Ensuring clients’ legal entities are compliant with local corporate secretarial obligations
• Monitoring compliance deadlines, reviewing processes, and guiding clients
• Management of a number of clients, being a central point of contact
• Reviewing work performed by international network firms
• Contributing to revenue through ensuring that invoices are issued accurately and on time
• Carry out regular update calls with clients to review progress
• Assist with setting up of new clients and engaging local legal teams
• Responsible for ensuring clients’ databases are up to date
• Maintaining internal systems
• Escalating issues/concerns raised by clients and international network firms

Consultant – GEM

• Assist the BD Manager in executing against agreed strategy and support the delivery of the annual BD Plan
• Work with the broader BDM team on group business development and marketing activities
• Develop and maintain template responses to frequently asked questions
• Coordinate the entire fee quote process from receipt through to response submission
• Manage prospect databases for LawDeb in agreement with BD Manager
• Conduct detailed research on prospects to support the BD team's activities
• Identify cross-selling and introduction opportunities across all group business departments
• Draft high-quality communications ensuring appropriate content, tone, and consistency
