About the role
- Generate new prospects via a variety of marketing and client acquisition methods
- Manage prospective clients, inbound and outbound, through the entire sales cycle
- Providing prospects with highly tailored and high quality information and documentation on a timely basis
- Achievement of sales targets
- Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in the relevant CRM system
- Work with Account Managers within the Safecall business
- Keep abreast of legislation affecting the business
- Represent Safecall at relevant Company and external events
- Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish
- Development and delivery of presentations to prospective customers
Requirements
- Experience in a business development manager role for 3-5 years minimum
- 360 sales experience, from lead generation to contract negotiations
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with a Saas selling environment
- Team player with capabilities to work independently
- Experience selling HR/governance related products/services
- Networking experience
- Familiarity with whistleblowing space
- Experience selling to high level HR/Legal/Compliance services
