About the role

  • Generate new prospects via a variety of marketing and client acquisition methods
  • Manage prospective clients, inbound and outbound, through the entire sales cycle
  • Providing prospects with highly tailored and high quality information and documentation on a timely basis
  • Achievement of sales targets
  • Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in the relevant CRM system
  • Work with Account Managers within the Safecall business
  • Keep abreast of legislation affecting the business
  • Represent Safecall at relevant Company and external events
  • Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish
  • Development and delivery of presentations to prospective customers

Requirements

  • Experience in a business development manager role for 3-5 years minimum
  • 360 sales experience, from lead generation to contract negotiations
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with a Saas selling environment
  • Team player with capabilities to work independently
  • Experience selling HR/governance related products/services
  • Networking experience
  • Familiarity with whistleblowing space
  • Experience selling to high level HR/Legal/Compliance services
