Requirements

  • Experience in building partnerships and relationships, particularly with NHS employers, and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of NHS recruitment processes and landscapes.
  • Strong insight into social impact and the needs of young people.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of young people.
