• Ensure compliance with necessary policies for delivery partners and volunteers.
• Accurately and efficiently record data collected from young people, volunteers, or partners.
• Step up and lead sessions with young people when the moment calls.
• Collaborate with and support fellow programme facilitators to produce creative solutions.

• Drive our influencing strategy across the UK Government.
• Position The King’s Trust as a trusted partner in reducing inequalities.
• Develop new income streams and represent the Trust at senior levels.

• Support with presentations and documentation
• Act as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Work closely with our finance team to keep budgets and supplier processes on track

• Support the Brand & Marketing Director with day‑to‑day admin
• Help maintain the smooth flow of information across the wider team
