About the role

  • Lead a team of colleagues, delivery partners and volunteers to turn our strategy into action.
  • Ensure that programmes reach those who need help the most.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve four strategic goals.
  • Collaborate effectively across the whole organisation.
  • Engage with external partners and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the challenges facing young people.
  • Experience in managing teams and partnerships.
  • Ability to engage and motivate a dispersed team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in social impact or related fields.
