• Partner with franchise owners to improve clinic performance through data-driven coaching and operational excellence
• Improve key business metrics, patient acquisition and retention, conversion rates, and membership growth
• Support franchisees in executing strategic priorities
• Coach franchise owners, clinic managers, doctors, and wellness coordinators to build accountability, improve communication, coach employee performance, navigate difficult conversations, and develop stronger clinic cultures
• Evaluate in-clinic operations through regular visits and identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and patient experience
• Help clinics execute brand standards, improve workflows, solve operational challenges, implement best practices, and build sustainable systems
• Partner with franchisees during new clinic openings, grand openings, training initiatives, bi-annual business reviews, regional meetings, and leadership development programs
• Build trusted partnerships with franchise owners through consistent communication, follow-through, and proactive support
• Help ensure every clinic delivers a consistent patient experience while maintaining operational excellence and brand standards
• Complete planning, reporting, follow-up, and virtual meetings from the home office

Franchise Business Consultant – FBC

• Serve as a trusted business partner to franchise owners and clinic leadership teams
• Work alongside franchise owners and their leadership teams to identify opportunities, coach leaders, improve operations, and drive measurable business performance
• Spend approximately 70–80% of your time visiting clinics throughout your assigned territory
• 20–30% working from your home office completing planning, reporting, follow-up, and virtual meetings
• Improve clinic performance through data-driven coaching and operational excellence
