Lead the equipment service business for corporations in MA area
Obtain expert knowledge from training teams to learn the ins and outs of coffee machinery and equipment
Provide best-in-class customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Perform scheduled service on equipment including proactive maintenance, installations, machine removals, asset management, and emergency service requests
Manage equipment inventories including quarterly warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts as needed
Document proper procedures including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues and other related activities
Drive and maintain a state-of-the-art company vehicle, fully equipped with heated seats, large navigation screen, shelving
Be available for on-call duties as required by rotational program
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reside within Central MA or Southeast New Hampshire
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
Strong customer service skills
Ability to provide a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 75 pounds and frequent driving
Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month (on-call duties covered by a rotational program)
Entry level plumbing and electrical experience preferred
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
