About the role

  • The HOTH is a leading Search Engine Marketing company; HOTH X is a turnkey managed SEO service to help clients improve rankings.
  • Role: Client Success Manager; main point of contact for active HOTH X campaigns, handling onboarding calls, SEO research, analytics, reporting, and client satisfaction.
  • Ideal candidate: comfortable with phone/video, strong time-management, data-minded; prior client management helpful; no SEO knowledge required; training provided.
  • Day-in-the-life: 40% client communication, 25% analyzing data, 10% coordinating with sales/fulfillment/production, 10% team meetings, 10% training, 5% office life.
  • Location: Hybrid—Downtown St. Petersburg office; in-office Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays; remote Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in a customer service or client experience role where communication (over the phone or in person) was your main responsibility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
