About the role
- The HOTH is a leading Search Engine Marketing company; HOTH X is a turnkey managed SEO service to help clients improve rankings.
- Role: Client Success Manager; main point of contact for active HOTH X campaigns, handling onboarding calls, SEO research, analytics, reporting, and client satisfaction.
- Ideal candidate: comfortable with phone/video, strong time-management, data-minded; prior client management helpful; no SEO knowledge required; training provided.
- Day-in-the-life: 40% client communication, 25% analyzing data, 10% coordinating with sales/fulfillment/production, 10% team meetings, 10% training, 5% office life.
- Location: Hybrid—Downtown St. Petersburg office; in-office Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays; remote Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a customer service or client experience role where communication (over the phone or in person) was your main responsibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
