About the role
- Execute localized assortment priorities established for the fiscal year
- Communicate assortment concerns based on assortment review and competitive review
- Pre-plan and organize for annual events (hurricanes, tornado, floods, and fire)
- Act as a local resource for feedback to the corporate merchandising team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of retail management experience
- At least 2-3 years in a multi-unit, district, or high-volume store leadership role
- Experience driving regional sales and executing merchandising strategies
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree related to the job
