About the role
- Responsible for the execution of all Asset Protection and Safety initiatives within Supply Chain for geographic area.
- Driving shrink mitigation, accuracy, safety, regulatory compliance and physical security standards.
- Collaborates with Supply Chain leaders and facilities to ensure all Asset Protection and Safety programs are executed to standard.
- Leading, coaching and developing the Asset Protection field teams.
- Onboarding, training, coaching, development and communication of all Asset Protection processes, programs, and trends.
- Drives accountability to the Asset Protection and Safety deliverables.
- Leads internal and external case activity, supports investigative efforts, analyzes information
- Monitors progress for shrink, safety and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Experience in Marketing Research, Customer Experience, and/or Data Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
- Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
