About the role

Responsible for the execution of all Asset Protection and Safety initiatives within Supply Chain for geographic area.
Driving shrink mitigation, accuracy, safety, regulatory compliance and physical security standards.
Collaborates with Supply Chain leaders and facilities to ensure all Asset Protection and Safety programs are executed to standard.
Leading, coaching and developing the Asset Protection field teams.
Onboarding, training, coaching, development and communication of all Asset Protection processes, programs, and trends.
Drives accountability to the Asset Protection and Safety deliverables.
Leads internal and external case activity, supports investigative efforts, analyzes information
Monitors progress for shrink, safety and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
Experience in Marketing Research, Customer Experience, and/or Data Analytics.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
