About the role
- Responsible for driving organic growth and visibility to assigned product categories, site segments, and experiences on homedepot.com.
- Analyze website performance and follow SEO best practices to identify and implement optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with internal business teams, engineering partners, third party service providers, and vendors.
- Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to align on opportunities and risks, strategic priorities, and to share insights.
- Staying informed on the latest industry changes with SEO and incorporate new strategies into existing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan, prioritize, and implement SEO optimizations.
- Track the performance of assigned categories/functions, measure the impact of SEO optimization projects, and provide data-driven insights for continued improvement.
- Monitor keyword/site performance and conduct research to identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and content visibility.
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with enterprise-level SEO, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record with successfully advocating for SEO, prioritizing work in a highly-matrixed environment, and measuring the impact of optimizations.
- Deep experience with SEO and industry-accepted best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify insights.
- Experience with enterprise-level SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Deepcrawl, Brightedge, Moz, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
