About the role
- providing administrative support to the Fire Control Room
- maintaining a working knowledge of all areas supported by the Business Support Team
- liaising with staff and senior leaders across the Fire and Rescue Service
- answering non-emergency calls promptly and handling enquiries efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- recent experience coordinating a range of administrative duties
- a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams and SharePoint
- strong communication skills
- comfort working collaboratively as part of a team
- ability to work independently when required
