About the role

  • You will assist the Business Support Manager with to the day-to-day management of Early Years & Childcare Service administrative tasks.
  • You will deputise for the Business Support Manager as required.
  • You will manage specific processes including administrative, financial and IT procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to continually improve our service user experience and the effectiveness of our systems.
  • You will communicate with members of the public, childcare providers and other professionals giving them the information they need about our services.

Requirements

  • The ability to manage people and direct their workload.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to delivering a high standard of customer care.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft packages, spreadsheets and databases.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your own workload as well as being able to work collaboratively in a busy team.
