About the role
- You will assist the Business Support Manager with to the day-to-day management of Early Years & Childcare Service administrative tasks.
- You will deputise for the Business Support Manager as required.
- You will manage specific processes including administrative, financial and IT procedures.
- Identify opportunities to continually improve our service user experience and the effectiveness of our systems.
- You will communicate with members of the public, childcare providers and other professionals giving them the information they need about our services.
Requirements
- The ability to manage people and direct their workload.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to delivering a high standard of customer care.
- Experience of working with Microsoft packages, spreadsheets and databases.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your own workload as well as being able to work collaboratively in a busy team.
