About the role
- provide accountable leadership for the team and make informed decisions which maintain the reputation of the service
- support and inspire team members to develop their skills and achieve their full potential
- provide knowledgeable, experience-based advice on a range of highway-related matters
- contribute to the financial management of the services delivered by the team
- identify and explore opportunities to improve and expand the existing services.
