  • Support team development, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative culture
  • Participate in agency initiatives, from off-sites to cross-market knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field; postgraduate or MBA qualifications are a plus.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Japanese, and strong business-level English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to engage Japanese media is a strong plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in public relations, integrated communications, or marketing — ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience supporting regional or multi-market accounts, delivering work that demonstrates measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of the technology, B2B, and digital ecosystem — able to connect insights across sectors such as IoT, semiconductors, and supply chain.
  • Strategic planning capability, able to translate client business goals into compelling, integrated communication campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, including interactions with senior and C-suite audiences.
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid-level talent toward stronger performance and leadership.
  • Fluency in digital and social trends, including analytics and integration of owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Exceptional presentation, writing, and consulting skills — persuasive, articulate, and confident under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen, balancing creative ambition with business profitability.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix environments across APAC or global markets.
