• Lead and manage digital and social programs for multiple clients, ensuring flawless execution and strategic alignment with client goals.
• Manage client communications and deliverables, leading calls, presenting updates, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen programs.
• Develop and oversee social media content strategies, manage communities, content calendars, and campaigns that drive engagement and measurable results.

Digital Account Manager

• Play a key role in brainstorming and writing pitches, research media contacts, outreach to media, and create reporter briefing sheets
• Develop creative content and drive engagement on social media
• Pull together preliminary research to contribute to new business pitches
• Pull together abstracts and awards submission drafts, and submit the abstracts to nominate the company or product
• Draft press releases, bylines and PowerPoint presentations for client speaking programs

Junior Account Executive

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media, search, display, and digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and channel media.
• Analyse and interpret campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make real-time optimizations and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to meet client KPIs.
• Work with internal creative teams to develop high-impact ads that resonate with target audiences.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and clear communication regarding campaign performance, timelines, and deliverables.
