• Responsible for up to date and accurate reporting and creating dashboards.
• Apply project management best practices in alignment with the HEABC Project Management Office (PMO) to support detailed project plans, monitor progress, and provide status reports.
• Proactively advances IMIT and business projects in accordance with work plan and timelines.
• Liaises with the project team and interested parties to manage and handle day-to-day enquiries in a manner that promotes positive relations with interested parties.
• Assumes responsibility for preparing for meetings, including formulating agendas, liaising with invited guests, and support preparing meeting materials well in advance of each meeting.
