Requirements
10+ years’ progressive experience in learning and development within large corporate environments; insurance or financial services preferred
5+ years’ leadership experience, including enterprise-level sales enablement initiatives focused on continuous improvement, customer centricity, and change management
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business impact to senior stakeholders
Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and content creation; sales enablement experience a plus
Proven success driving adoption of new sales methodologies, tools, and training programs across cross-functional teams
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and enthusiasm for educating others
Excellent judgment, decision-making, strategic planning, and project management skills
Skilled in delivering clear, data-driven reports to assess learning impact and support strategic decisions
Willingness to travel 25–30%
Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
