About the role
- Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotel’s operational departments
- Oversees the daily operations of a dual-branded property operating as Courtyard by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott
- Works closely with the General Manager to ensure both hotels achieve operational excellence, strong financial performance, and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Ensures compliance with brand standards, operational policies, and service culture established by Marriott
- Monitors guest satisfaction scores, survey feedback, and online reviews to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Supports the development and execution of the annual operating budget and business plan
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel leadership experience in a high-level operations role or prior general manager experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing operations within branded hotels preferred
- Must speak fluent English
- Other languages preferred
