About the role

  • Support transportation infrastructure projects as part of the Transportation Design team
  • Produce design and drafting work using MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD/Civil3D
  • Receive one-on-one mentorship and collaborate with colleagues on design solutions
  • Contribute to innovative transportation design and problem-solving for client projects
  • Participate in surveying, construction observation, and other project tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (We are considering May 2025 graduates)
  • Familiarity with or previous experience using MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD/Civil3D software for design and drafting tasks
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification (preferred)
  • Completion of an engineering internship or other professional employment providing experience in surveying, transportation design, MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer, and/or construction observation (preferred)
