💰 $68,000 - $72,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage and maintain appropriate staffing levels across all TFG Aviation service lines
  • Oversee daily execution and quality control of Aircraft Appearance, Janitorial / Facility Services, Catering, Security,
  • Cargo Handling Operations
  • Ensure all team members receive required training, including New Hire Orientation and Safety & OSHA Compliance
  • Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing coaching for Supervisors, Leads, and frontline employees
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with Director of Operations, Corporate Leadership, and Customer Airline Management
  • Conduct daily quality audits across all operational areas using company-approved systems
  • Oversee daily and weekly scheduling for all departments
  • Manage the station budget, review daily financial reports, and take corrective action as needed
  • Approve all Time & Attendance records in ADP daily
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or Operations Management
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related management experience in aviation, airport services, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong operational leadership experience in aviation services
  • Ability to manage multi-department airport operations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer-facing professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS)
  • Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems
