About the role
- Manage and maintain appropriate staffing levels across all TFG Aviation service lines
- Oversee daily execution and quality control of Aircraft Appearance, Janitorial / Facility Services, Catering, Security,
- Cargo Handling Operations
- Ensure all team members receive required training, including New Hire Orientation and Safety & OSHA Compliance
- Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing coaching for Supervisors, Leads, and frontline employees
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with Director of Operations, Corporate Leadership, and Customer Airline Management
- Conduct daily quality audits across all operational areas using company-approved systems
- Oversee daily and weekly scheduling for all departments
- Manage the station budget, review daily financial reports, and take corrective action as needed
- Approve all Time & Attendance records in ADP daily
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or Operations Management
- Minimum of three (3) years of related management experience in aviation, airport services, logistics, or a related field
- Strong operational leadership experience in aviation services
- Ability to manage multi-department airport operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and customer-facing professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS)
- Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems
