Events

• Support the planning and delivery of events, taking ownership of assigned event workstreams
• Manage detailed project plans, timelines and task lists, ensuring milestones are met and risks are flagged early
• Coordinate event logistics across areas such as guest experience, accreditation, invitations, seating plans, programming schedules, catering, technical production, staging and on-site operations
• Work closely with internal teams on guestlist management
• Liaise with venues, suppliers and production partners to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with agreed briefs and sustainability standards
• Brief and coordinate the design of event materials such as invitations, guest communications, signage and event programmes
