Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide operational, administrative, and transactional support across Finance and People functions
• Process financial transactions, including Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and prepare monthly journals and reconciliations
• Support monthly payroll processes and administer employee benefits
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Produce and maintain all People documentation and ensure compliance
• Coordinate recruitment administration and maintain accurate records within HRIS
• Support ongoing administration and improvement of HR systems and processes

HR & Finance Coordinator

Communications

• Supporting 2 Senior Executives, with additional ad hoc admin tasks supporting the Events, Digital and Communication team
• Manage complex and fast-paced diaries
• Assist with organising meetings, booking meeting rooms
• Coordinate and prioritise inbox communications, drafting responses
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with preparing briefs, presentations and documentation
• Assist with international travel and logistics for Executives and wider Storytelling team
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
• Support in completing expenses
• Collaborate with fellow EAs to ensure smooth internal operations
