About the role
- Provide operational, administrative, and transactional support across Finance and People functions
- Process financial transactions, including Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and prepare monthly journals and reconciliations
- Support monthly payroll processes and administer employee benefits
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Produce and maintain all People documentation and ensure compliance
- Coordinate recruitment administration and maintain accurate records within HRIS
- Support ongoing administration and improvement of HR systems and processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR /Finance administration or related role
- Strong transactional finance background, particularly Accounts Payable and month-end processes
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR)
- Experience working with finance systems, especially NetSuite is highly desirable
- Experience using Excel and CRM or fundraising databases (e.g., Salesforce)
