About the role
- Manage a portfolio of Licensed Organisations
- Support them to deliver high‑quality DofE programmes
- Contributing to the delivery of DofE’s England business plan and long‑term strategy
- Provide training, guidance and regular contact for LO staff
- Create action plans, conduct reviews and monitor progress using online tools
- Increase participation among underrepresented young people
- Attend meetings and events (some early mornings/evenings; occasional weekends)
- Contribute to licensing, grant applications and project reporting
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across England and the UK
Requirements
- Ability to influence, support and challenge stakeholders
- Build strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Data‑literate with good analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Self‑motivated, proactive and a great team player.
