About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of Licensed Organisations
  • Support them to deliver high‑quality DofE programmes
  • Contributing to the delivery of DofE’s England business plan and long‑term strategy
  • Provide training, guidance and regular contact for LO staff
  • Create action plans, conduct reviews and monitor progress using online tools
  • Increase participation among underrepresented young people
  • Attend meetings and events (some early mornings/evenings; occasional weekends)
  • Contribute to licensing, grant applications and project reporting
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across England and the UK

Requirements

  • Ability to influence, support and challenge stakeholders
  • Build strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Data‑literate with good analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and a great team player.
