About the role
- Help young people to build life-long belief in themselves
- Support them to take on their own challenges
- Manage relationships of partner organisations (Licensed Organisations – LOs)
- Ensure LOs offer quality and inclusive DofE programmes
- Identify and develop new relationships with educational and community organisations
- Undertake regular meetings, in person and virtually
- Engage with various stakeholders at different levels
- Work from home when not attending meetings
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Skills to inspire and influence participation in DofE
- Exceptionally organised
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent administrative skills
- Competent in MS Office applications
- Flexible approach
- Positive outlook and active contribution to the team
- Must live within or very close to Hull, York and North East Lincolnshire portfolio area
