About the role

  • Help young people to build life-long belief in themselves
  • Support them to take on their own challenges
  • Manage relationships of partner organisations (Licensed Organisations – LOs)
  • Ensure LOs offer quality and inclusive DofE programmes
  • Identify and develop new relationships with educational and community organisations
  • Undertake regular meetings, in person and virtually
  • Engage with various stakeholders at different levels
  • Work from home when not attending meetings

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Skills to inspire and influence participation in DofE
  • Exceptionally organised
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Competent in MS Office applications
  • Flexible approach
  • Positive outlook and active contribution to the team
  • Must live within or very close to Hull, York and North East Lincolnshire portfolio area
