About the role

  • Build the Unified Growth System. Integrate paid, lifecycle, CRO, and product experimentation into one accountable operating model. Ensure attribution, segmentation, and cohort modeling are robust and decision-ready.
  • Operate at High Velocity. Continuously test creative, offers and pricing, landing pages, paywalls, onboarding sequences, lifecycle triggers, and retargeting programs. Act quickly during editorial surges and real-time traffic moments. Convert peak attention into durable membership value.
  • Be AI-Native. You do not “use AI for ideas.” You use AI to build systems, automate workflows, accelerate creative iteration, write and analyze SQL, generate testing frameworks, and compress insight-to-execution timelines. If you are not tinkering daily with AI tools and code-based workflows, this role is not for you.
  • Think Like an Owner. Model growth decisions at the contribution margin level. Make capital allocation decisions based on payback dynamics. Own the growth P&L in partnership with leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in subscription growth
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets
  • Direct accountability for CAC, LTV, churn, and revenue
  • Deep experience across paid acquisition, lifecycle, CRO, onboarding, and retention
  • Financial fluency (contribution margin, payback, cohort modeling)
Benefits
  • Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, disability coverage, and additional standard benefits.
