About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organisation and initial briefing with key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and attract top talent through a variety of sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience, staying ahead of industry best practices and innovative sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers across different departments.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint, reflecting TCG's core values and fostering a strong sense of connection to our company.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires.
- Review applications and CVs, conduct thorough initial screenings (phone and potentially video), and coordinate comprehensive interview schedules to accurately assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS - Workable) ensuring data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, innovative best practices in talent acquisition, and the competitive landscape to ensure TCG remains a top destination for talent.
Requirements
- 2 + years of proven experience in Recruitment, with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a start-up, high-growth company or recruitment agency.
- Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a genuine passion for connecting with people and driving our company values through talent acquisition.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities with speed and accuracy.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to improve processes and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Demonstrable experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with prior experience using Workable being a significant bonus.
- Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for proactive candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Fluency in French/Italian/German is a bonus
