Engineering Manager

• Shape technology strategy and define technical roadmap aligned to company goals
• Lead, mentor, and coach engineering managers and senior engineers; build progression pathways
• Own recruitment, retention, and career development across the engineering team
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, scalable, and reliable software
• Implement and champion best practices in agile development, CI/CD, testing, and release management
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to prioritise work and deliver against company OKRs
• Define and track engineering KPIs (velocity, quality, uptime, cost efficiency)
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and tooling decisions
• Embed resilience and security into platform and delivery
• Lead exploration and responsible adoption of AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
• Provide transparency and confidence to executive team and stakeholders on progress and priorities
